As an Agile delivery leader, Rebecca focuses on bringing together diverse people in work environments where experimentation is the norm. With over 20 years of experience in team leadership, mentoring and management roles in both Australian and International companies, Rebecca has had the opportunity to see the results of building sustainable delivery practices and innovating from within.

Rebecca is passionate about creating just enough structure to support team members to solve problems. Having worked in a number of legacy application environments, it is often hard to know where to start when there seems to be an overwhelming number of technical, people and cultural challenges at play. For Rebecca it starts with creating a shared understanding of the problem and getting on with delivering real tangible value to the customer.
